Return & Refund Policy
Every piece at Vintage Fever is one of a kind, checked by hand and described in detail. That is why our sales are final, with two exceptions: an item that is proven not authentic, and the legal right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and the UK.
1. Authenticity claims (all countries)
If an item is proven not authentic, you get a full refund of the item price, the original shipping and the cost of returning it to us.
How to make a claim.
1. Within 3 days of delivery, email vintagefever.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number, a short explanation and photos of the item.
2. Within 14 days of delivery, send us a written report from a recognised professional authentication service confirming the item is not authentic.
3. Return the item in the condition you received it, with everything it came with. We send you a prepaid return label.
Claims sent after 3 days from delivery, or items that show wear or changes after delivery, cannot be accepted.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If your delivery address is in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
1. Tell us by email at vintagefever.customerservice@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. A short message with your order number is enough.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of that message.
3. The item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories, dust bags, boxes and documents.
4. Return shipping and any return customs costs are paid by you. Please use a tracked and insured service: the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping. If an item comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund by the loss of value.
3. Everything else
For customers outside the EU and the UK, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size, colour or personal preference. Please read the description, condition grade and photos carefully, and ask us for extra photos or a video before you buy.

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same coin, to a wallet address you provide, for the USD amount you paid. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the money.
